Highly recommended... the rooms are comfortable, spacious, contemporary decorated, clean and tidy. They have small kitchen with everything you need, plus small stove to cook. Some rooms have a beautiful view of the Wakatipu Lake. Car park is available at $16 overnight...

The view was very beautiful. The price was reasonable. Easy to go to the city through a water taxi. But swimming pool water is too low temperature to swim for kids. Overall highly recommended to everyone. Their breakfast was awesome !!

Place is clean and tidy. Parking is a downfall limited free parking on street at first in first served basis and paid parking onsite reasonably priced but thought there would be more free parking. Thought it would be mor lively , but nice and peaceful if that s what your looking for. Lovely staff and enjoyed my stay Would recommend for my parents but maybe not the place for me.

Friendly staff clean and tidy rooms we were able to store our bikes safely an easy to access. Thought it was a bit cheeky to pay for parking and use of pools. Luckily we found a park on the street. Will stay again. Beautiful view to the Remarkables.

Stayed here for 4 nights in June 2021. The hotel itself is a 10-15 minute drive from the centre of Queenstown. Definitely not easily walked but there are bus and ferry shuttles ( which are not free) . The hotel itself is pleasant with a nice lakeside location. The room itself was great. Fast wifi, comfortable beds, warm powerful showers and an area to prepare food if required. Nice little lounge area separate to the bedroom which was great to relax. We used the gym and pool facilites in the Hilton hotel which is across the road. This was great being able to hop into the hot tub after a long cold day exploring. Parking is a nightmare. There is free parking available but this is extremely limited and you would spend half your day trying to nab a spot. We caved in and paid the 16 dollars a day for the parking. Parking in Queenstown in general is a nightmare but given how far the hotel is from Queenstown, more readily available free parking or even parking at a cheaper rate i.e. 10 dollars a day would make it a much better situation. This hotel overall very good if you forget about the parking situation.
