The very best hotel experience I have ever had. All employees were exceptionally professional and hard-working. Please keep up the good work :) Side note: They have the highest quality egg dishes (scrambled, fried, etc.) I've tasted.
Simply perfect. This place defines what luxury travel is all about. We were welcomed by Laura who was absolutely brilliant. She made us feel at home immediately and kindly showed us to our Lake Suite apartment which is up there with the best view, best location, best bathroom, best night sleep and best service we have ever experience!. In the evening, Luke and the team looked after us in the lovely quaint bar where we dined from a 5 star tapas menu. Compliments to the chef for a great menu. We will remember our stay in Eichardts Queenstown for a very long time. Simply the best.
