I have worked out with Chaz and Paddy. Amazing nutrition and workout plans. They do their best to help you with their extreme knowledge. The best part about getting trained by them is that they make working out so much fun. They have a wonderful sense of humour and makes the whole environment very Positive and motivating. Strongly recommend them.
I was new to the gym and quite reluctant to ever join one. Chaz is brilliant, he took all the worry out and tailored each and every session to my level. Went through all the equipment and is always totally focused on his customers. Every session was different and just the right level of pain! Walking away from the very first session, I was pleased with Chaz’s training. Now almost 100 sessions later, I can confidently state he’s the best trainer with whom I’ve ever worked. He has an incredible attention to detail and is thorough in his approach to training as well as his complete ownership(well, partnership) of the success of his clients.
